We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Purchasing Executive to join our team in Teluk Panglima Garang. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing quotations to final order placement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entries in the AutoCount system.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including meticulous filing and documentation management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Facilitate delivery coordination to ensure all logistics timelines are met.
- Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders or invoices promptly to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Operations, Purchasing, or Administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with AutoCount or similar accounting/ERP software.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent tasks in a demanding logistics environment.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and high integrity in handling procurement budgets.
- Relevant diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
