Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, utilizing tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, quality, and production) to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., cycle time, cost savings, defect rates) and present progress reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and Jabil’s quality management systems.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain within manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 10+ members.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to travel occasionally (10-20%) to regional sites or client locations as needed.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
