Responsibility
- Oversee and manage customer programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, logistics, and quality assurance, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, program management, or a similar role within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
