Responsibility
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs, with a focus on the Agentforce platform.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, APIs, and custom applications.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and governance to support long-term growth and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Document architectural decisions, processes, and guidelines for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong focus on platform design and implementation.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Architect (preferred) or equivalent certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Experience with Agentforce or similar Salesforce industry solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
