Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and IT systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and document technical solutions, including workflows, system integrations, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Assist in the testing, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Prepare clear and concise design documents, user manuals, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and potential roadblocks.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word) and basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with systems analysis, UML diagrams, or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Available for a full-time internship starting in 2026 (minimum 3-6 months).
