Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee AI-specific cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for AI/ML systems, identifying vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
- Lead AWS cloud security initiatives, ensuring robust protection for AI workloads and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure-by-design principles into AI development lifecycles.
- Monitor and respond to AI-related cyber threats, including adversarial attacks and data poisoning.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) in AI deployments.
- Design and deliver cybersecurity training for stakeholders on AI risks and best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI threat landscapes and recommend proactive defense mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in AI/ML security.
- Certifications in NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security are highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in cloud security (AWS), vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data governance, and ethical AI principles.
- Experience with risk management tools (e.g., FAIR, OCTAVE) and compliance audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive security awareness.
- Familiarity with Python, SIEM tools, or AI model security testing is a plus.
