Responsibility
- Design and architect enterprise-wide IAM solutions that align with business and security requirements.
- Lead the implementation and integration of IAM technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IAM to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement new IAM tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
- Proven expertise in IAM technologies such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and access control mechanisms.
- Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and identity federation standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are a plus.
