Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Operations Office Staff for a specialized project-based role in Davao. In this position, you will play a critical role in our administrative workflow, specifically managing the lifecycle of registration dockets.
As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate, processed timely, and compliant with government regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property operations and legal documentation processes within one of the Philippines' leading real estate developers.
Responsibility
- Manage and organize registration dockets for property operations.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Registry of Deeds (RD).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and documentary requirements.
- Monitor the status of document lodgment and release to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all processed dockets.
- Prepare periodic reports on registration progress for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, legal, or documentation processing roles.
- Proficiency in dealing with government agencies (BIR, RD) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume paperwork accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for external stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision in a project-based environment.
