Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and delivery timelines, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all operational activities.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and operational agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving service levels in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and logistics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
