Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Medical Education Center (MEC) and Advanced Medical & Knowledge Support Center (AMKSC), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient care outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, educators, and administrative personnel, to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational processes and patient experiences.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development among staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital or medical education setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and operational best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive data-informed strategies.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation within a healthcare context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with healthcare information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and operational software tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
