Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost-effective processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage and optimize supply chain and logistics operations, including inventory control, procurement, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including safety, environmental, and quality certifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to align production capabilities with market demands.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process automation to enhance scalability and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in process optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
