Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve operational targets.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline workflows and improve output.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and production management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
