Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of supervisors and staff to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and scalability.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and maintain strong partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
