Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and promotional strategies.
- Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and address any operational gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
- Proven track record in revenue management, cost optimization, and team leadership within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems), CRM tools, and financial software.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tourism regulations is advantageous.
