Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and industry standards.
- Manage and optimize staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols to uphold a clean and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular audits of service quality, food safety, and operational workflows, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, special offers, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or restaurants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with POS systems, budgeting, and financial reporting for operational decision-making.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
