Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of Kenangan Coffee outlets in Bali, ensuring smooth workflows, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, financial targets, and operational metrics to drive profitability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotions, inventory management, and cost-control initiatives.
- Develop and refine SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance processes to maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements and expansion.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading multi-unit operations, P&L management, and team development.
- Strong knowledge of coffee culture, barista standards, and specialty beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, health/safety regulations, and local business practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali locations and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
