Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of hospitality venues, ensuring adherence to service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotional strategies and boost occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to refine service offerings and operational workflows.
- Represent the company in industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end tourism services.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus).
- Passion for sustainability and innovative guest experiences.
