Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, restrooms, and facilities to uphold cleanliness and ambiance.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events or special menus to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and service etiquette is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems, inventory management, and reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is advantageous.
