Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk and reservation operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Manage and resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels and brand reputation.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of reservation agents and front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, including upselling and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance guest experiences and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory management, and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on reservations, sales, or front desk operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
