Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hospitality properties in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in a hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS, booking systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
