Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including the coffee station, counter areas, and customer seating.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with the team to support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Educate customers on beverage options, ingredients, and pairing suggestions to enhance their experience.
- Uphold Elite Pilates Club’s brand standards by presenting a polished appearance and adhering to service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista in a café, wellness center, or hospitality setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for health, wellness, and the café culture.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
