Responsibility
- Develop and manage travel products, ensuring they meet market demands and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across all platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in product development.
- Monitor product performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to travel products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and key attractions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
