Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all outlets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brand and attract new customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Sundanese and Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
