Responsibility
- Assist the Unit Manager in overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and client teams to deliver timely, high-quality meal services for hospitals and corporate clients.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimize resource allocation to reduce waste and control costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for food preparation, delivery, and client interactions.
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, catering, or food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
