Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of cafe, bakery, and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and train staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock and cost control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operational performance.
