Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align operational strategies with business growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational and financial performance.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly to uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, property management systems (PMS), and data analysis tools.
