Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to align with business objectives and customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency across all operational processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to maintain operational integrity and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with a willingness to relocate to Bali.
