Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize promotions, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvements, and innovation in service delivery.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet or retail chain environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and F&B industry best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
