Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance emergency and clinical service delivery across multiple facilities.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including medical staff, administrators, and support personnel, to optimize workflow and patient care.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local and international healthcare partners to integrate best practices and innovative technologies.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement for emergency and clinical departments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare laws, accreditation requirements, and ethical standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including staff training, process optimization, and emergency response protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in emergency services, clinical operations, or hospital administration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
