Responsibility
- Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely restocking.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hostel services and attract guests.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
