Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of Avenue Padel Canggu, ensuring smooth facility management, court bookings, and guest services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service quality and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense control, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, tournaments, and membership programs to drive customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovate to enhance the venue’s competitiveness and appeal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, sports, or recreational facilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
