Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of Avenue Padel Canggu, ensuring smooth facility management, court bookings, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense control, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, tournaments, and membership programs to drive customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovate to enhance the venue’s competitiveness and appeal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, sports, or recreational facilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Passion for sports, particularly padel or racket sports, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
