Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
