Responsibility

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process and confirm bookings accurately, ensuring all guest details and preferences are recorded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Assist in managing reservation systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports on booking trends, cancellations, and no-shows to support strategic decision-making.
  • Uphold company standards and policies while delivering a personalized guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reservation, front desk, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
