Responsibility
- Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring seamless service from opening to closing.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Manage inventory, including tracking supplies and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the dining experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, reservation management, and inventory control.
