Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to plan and execute events, promotions, and private functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques to enhance the bar’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and premium spirits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Proven track record in staff training, inventory management, and cost control.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
