Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure on-time production and delivery of appliances.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality control, and distribution) to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain performance, and production schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize resource allocation.
- Mentor and train staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Prepare and present reports on operational metrics, KPIs, and project milestones to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, appliances, or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations is advantageous.
