Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance manuals.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial and operational reports for management review.
- Manage inventory procurement, stock levels, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak service hours.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit hospitality management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and restaurant management software.
- Deep understanding of food safety, local labor laws, and licensing compliance.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems and control operational costs effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
