Responsibility

  • Manage inventory procurement, stock levels, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and optimize costs.

  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit hospitality management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and restaurant management software.
