Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage team, ensuring seamless service delivery in The Grand Lobby.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and guest interactions.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold Accor's service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu offerings and promotional events.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with Accor's policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and special functions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotional strategies, and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering high-quality service in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
