Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance factory efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Control teams to establish and maintain high standards for product quality and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and train maintenance and operations teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Manage budget planning and resource allocation for maintenance and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards for manufacturing and workplace safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance management within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in leading maintenance teams and implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and ERP software.
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
