Responsibility
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Lead and document root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships for external service providers.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols in a production environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and PLC systems.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
