Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with R&D and QC Managers to establish and maintain high-quality production standards.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for maintenance and operational needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement within the operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
