Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, route optimization, and delivery coordination.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking and timely replenishment to meet demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, procurement, and customer service) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or service issues.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on logistics performance, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics infrastructure and regional transportation networks is a plus.
