Responsibility
- Assist in processing and tracking customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Support daily supply chain operations, including inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Generate and analyze basic reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to work.
