Responsibility
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
- Support the preparation and execution of retail promotions, events, and in-store activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics, such as sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases for operational tracking and analysis.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory systems, or customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
