Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support the coordination of daily operations, including logistics, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track operational performance and KPIs.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling and communication.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Previous internship or work experience in operations, administration, or a related field is a plus.
