Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage crew assignments, ensuring optimal staffing levels for maritime operations.
- Oversee visa and travel arrangements for crew members, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of crew certifications, training, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth crew transitions.
- Monitor and report on crew performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement crewing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to maritime labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crewing, maritime operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
