Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with local labor laws.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee performance tracking.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to address workplace concerns and foster a collaborative environment.
- Organize training programs, team-building activities, and internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor operational budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics, operational KPIs, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organizational agility with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
