Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
- Lead and mentor Department Managers (DM), fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to maintain superior guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety and luxury standards.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for staff at all levels, aligning with industry best practices.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic operational improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Operations Manager, General Manager).
- Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end F&B establishments.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of QA standards, maintenance protocols, and staff training methodologies in hospitality.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost-control strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
