Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate table rotations to optimize capacity.
- Monitor service standards, ensuring timely order delivery and adherence to quality protocols.
- Resolve guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold company values and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to align food preparation with service timing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality (e.g., Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Captain, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume dining environments with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting for daily operations.
- Passion for Indonesian cuisine and cultural hospitality traditions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
