Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of wedding and event setups, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage resources and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement event styling concepts in collaboration with clients and design teams.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising on excellence.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the feasibility of event setups and decorations.
- Manage inventory of event materials, equipment, and decor, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of event activities, feedback, and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in event styling and decor.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools for planning and coordination.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate event schedules.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event venues, local vendors, and cultural nuances is a plus.
